I shall be using the vehicle for which the pass has been applied and it shall not be used by any other person for entry in the High Court premises.
I shall surrender the vehicle entry pass if the vehicle is transferred to any other person.
I shall park the vehicle properly in my designated space earmarked in this Registry.
I shall not use the parking space as a permanent parking after office hours or during weekends / vacations.
I shall not transfer the entry pass to any other person.
I shall not honk within the premises of the High Court.
The entry pass can be revoked anytime by the Registry.
Any loss or damage of the Entry Pass shall require the applicant to bear the cost of reapplication.
I accept full responsibility for any damage caused by my vehicle inside the Court Premises, even though the Vehicle Registration Certificate is not in my name.
